Welcome to Manchester MIDAS
Welcome to Manchester MIDAS Ltd, your direct route to a whole host of information related to the movement of international freight within and around the Manchester area.

Manchester MIDAS Ltd was established in 1986 by the surface freight forwarding community here in Manchester to facilitate the computerised Customs clearance of import cargo arriving in the North West. MIDAS now also facilitates the Customs clearance of export cargo under the National Export System (NES).

MIDAS members make electronic Customs declarations via Community Network Services Ltd (CNS) of Southampton. CNS has dedicated secure links to the HM Revenue and Customs entry processing system known as CHIEF. They also host our web site.
